libkidletime4 software package provides library to provide information about idle time, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkidletime4
libkidletime4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkidletime4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkidletime4 *
You will get with libkidletime4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
